How long will I wait?

Type the position the queue shows you. Nothing is sent anywhere; the arithmetic runs in your browser.

Estimated wait

wait ≈ 199 × position1.01 seconds, fitted by 2b2t.vc on observed queue exits. A server restart clears the queue; a reconnect within the grace window keeps your place.

How the 2b2t queue works

Since June 2016 every connection to 2b2t goes through a proxy that holds you in line until a slot frees up. Regular players share one pool of slots. Priority accounts have their own reserved pool, which is why the priority line is usually a handful of people while the regular line sits in the hundreds.

Does priority queue skip the line?

Mostly. Priority is a separate, much shorter queue sold at shop.2b2t.org for $19.99 a month or $53.97 for a three-month pass. Over the last 30 days it averaged around one person and peaked in the dozens during a big stream. It does not guarantee an instant join at peak, but it turns a day of waiting into minutes.

Can I AFK the queue?

Yes, and everyone does. You are not kicked for idling while in the queue. Community tools such as the 2b2t Queue Scheduler mod join the queue at a time you set so you reach the front when you want to play.

What happens if I disconnect?

Since late 2022 the server keeps a one-time reconnect slot for a short window after a crash or disconnect, so a dropped connection does not always mean starting over. A full restart clears the entire queue for everyone.

Why is the queue so long?

The in-game cap sits a little under 600 and demand is above it around the clock. Bots hold a large share of slots: the queue proxy's own tablist heuristics flag a few hundred of the online players as bots at any given time. Priority reservations shrink the regular pool further. The result is a standing queue that, in the last 30 days, never dropped below the mid-400s.

Where this data comes from

Every number on this page is fetched by your browser from api.2b2t.vc, a public API maintained by rfresh2 that samples the queue once a minute. 2b2t.blog stores nothing about you and has no server of its own; if the API is down, the numbers above simply stop updating and the timestamp says so.

Don't want to wait?

6b6t has no queue and no rules, supports Java, Bedrock and offline accounts, and has around 350 players online on average. Java players need the free AnarchyMod since the July 2026 blocklist; Bedrock joins directly.
